LEMON & EMOTIONS adapted from Eryn Jones

Lemon can help with release of many emotions

  • Frustration is closely tied to our expectations. Rub a drop or two of Lemon along the ribs, and focus on moving beyond your limitations or expectations.

  • Feeling of emptiness- when we don't feel "Complete". Rub Lemon over the heart and chest and focus on all that we currently possess (Gratefulness & Gratitude).

  • Stuck - When we feel stuck we fear experiencing life. Rub Lemon on the sinuses can be helpful for branching out and having new experiences and getting un-stuck!
Note: do not use Lemon (or other citrus oils) on skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight within two hours. Citrus oils are photosensitive and can cause sunburn.

Fight oil with oil—for real! Battle greasy stovetops, counters, and dishes with a mix of Lemon and Thieves Cleaner. Mix 20 drops with 1 cup Thieves Cleaner in a 16-ounce spray bottle and fill to the top with water. Spray those sticky surfaces and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

5. THIEVES

A LEGENDARY FORMULA
YL Thieves essential oil blend was inspired by a 15th-century story of thieves who formulated and wore a special aromatic combination of clove, rosemary, lemon and other rich and spicy botanicals they believed would provide protection while robbing the bodies of those inflicted with the black plague.
French authorities recognized that there were amazing benefits and value in the thieves’ mixture. Upon their capture, the thieves received a lighter punishment on the condition that the secrets of their formula were revealed.

This powerful blend is used today and can be found in all of Young Living Thieves products. The spicy, welcoming aroma will be your new best friend. Everything from cleaning counter tops, to dishes, to your teeth all with the guaranteed safety of a plant-based, safe formula.

It's a powerhouse blend of Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Lemon, Rosemary, and Eucalyptus Radiata. These individual oils that make up this incredible blend have been studied successfully for their ability to inhibit even the growth of bad guys in our body.

Thieves + Honey Throat Support: 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp water, 2 drops Thieves, 3 drops Lemon. Heat up the water and honey together until liquid then add in the oils. Stir together and serve on a spoon. Make sure the liquid isn't too hot or close to boiling before adding oils.
